~ Master Series Workshop~
Harold O'Connor

The West Coast Chapter of the Florida Society of Goldsmiths is delighted to offer one of the living legends and superstars of the Art Jewelry world, Master Instructor Harold O'Connor, for three exciting workshops!
In this Master Series workshop on granulation, Harold will be guiding students through the process of gold & silver granulation. Students will learn how to create granules from Sterling and karated gold and then learn how to fuse them to Sterling silver using both freeform and more traditional pattern methods. It is considered by many to be the ultimate achievement of the goldsmith’s art. Throughout this class, efficient studio practices are taught and bench tips from Harold's years of experience are shared.
PLEASE NOTE: Per the instructor's request, this class is for the intermediate/advanced metalsmith only! Absolutely NO beginners.
